Nell Pittman is a fine art photographer based out of New York, NY. She studied at the International Center of Photography from 2014-2017 on scholarship and is graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology in May. After graduating, she is attending the Rochester Institute of Technology as a candidate of the MFA program. So far, she has been a part of a few group shows and exhibitions: "While I was Away" a remote senior thesis exhibition (2021), “Intimacy” at the Museum at FIT (2020), Savannah Spirit’s Artsy show “Woman” (2020), “Transparency” at the Fashion Institute of Technology (2019), “BodyScapes” at the Living Gallery Outpost (2019), and ICP’s Spotlight Exhibition (2017). Additionally, her photograph “Laying with the Deer” was painted by artist Daniel Maidman, and featured in his solo exhibition at the Dacia Gallery in New York City (2019). She is currently working on a project of large-scale self portraits alongside her mother and sister.
